Airlink is a disgrace

They are shocking!!! they cancelled my flight due to Limpopo airline that closed down earlier this year, they told me the refund will take 4 months, I had to follow up with them on the status of the review and now they come back to say my refund will be processed minus my cancelation penalty!!!! this is a joke of an airline seriously! how am i being charged for any penalty where i am not the one that canceled or requested this refund in the first place!!
