Airlink horrible admin service!

Well,I had booked a return trip from Johannesburg to Umtata in September but due to weather conditions the flight was cancelled. I have been trying to get my money from airlink since then. The agency I used has forwarded me proof that they did their part and airlink is just not wanting to give the money back.
