Airlink has theives *****ing from people's main luggage

Dear Airlink,

I would like to express my disappointment with your services.

I boarded a flight on Tuesday evening from Johannesburg to Harare with flight 4Z108. My main luggage comprised of a small bag that weighed 12KG and in this bag I had 3 of my most valuable perfumes each weighing 100ml since we are not allowed to have perfumes in any of our hand luggage. This was not my first flight with Airlink but this was my first time my bag was opened and things were ******. It was an evening flight, Departure time was 18;45 and we landed in Harare at 20:30. I am not feeling well so I reached home and slept. The next morning when I opened my bag, I realized 3 of my Perfumes were missing, An Amara Honey perfume, Lattafa Maayar and Lattafa Emman (this was very new) all not in my bag, and these perfumes were not on top, I packed them in between my clothes. But this ***** from Airlink really went all the way down to take all 3 of them and left a bunch of nuts and a small case of MR Price jewellry. I called Airlink Harare that same morning and I explained my situation. They said this probably happened at OR Tambo airport which Is why I am contacting you today. I am very disappointed and I want my perfumes back.

You better investigate and give me back what your ******* stole from me;
