AIRLINK GOING THE EXTRA MILE

I would like to give Airlink a massive thumbs up. They went out of their way to assist us when we forgot our kids ID's at home and I had to go back to fetch it with the result that I only arrived back at the Airport 5 minutes before take-off. Airlink arranged for me to be fetched at the departure gate and provided a taxi which dropped me off at the aeroplane 1 minute before take-off. In the mean time the pilot announced on the PA system that they await the arrival of one person, me off course. Despite this slight delay Airlink still managed to land at OR Tambo Jhb in time. This is surely the kind of service that distinguish one airline from another and which build loyalty to the Airlink brand. Airlink, may your business grow from strength to strength.
