So this week i booked a return flight from OR Tambo to Gqeberha (first time using AirLink) i was impressed on my way to Gqeberha, what a pleasant experience. Told my friends about airlink, not knowing that I will meet a flight crew member called Milisa.

On my way back from PE, i took flight number 4Z796, wooow, what a rude girl, at first she shouted at my niece to switch off her phone whilst it was on flight mode, politely so my niece gave her a benefit of the doubt thinking, she had a long day.

Guess what, she shouted me for being too close to her, really Milisa. She didn't even offer me something to eat (not that i wanted the chicken or beef). In this time when all the businesses are struggling and u have a nerve to treat us, your customers like this.

Your service was very disgusting.
