Airlink feels nothing for older folks walking with difficulty. They watch how you miss your flight just to try and sell you new tickets!

They cause senior pensioners to miss flights and then try to resell new tickets. We were a group of 4 aged 88,65,65,61 flying to Dbn From Jhb. Due to congestion at their check-in counters, congestion at the security check-point and non-working lifts we missed our flight by 4 minutes. Airlink could've prevented this but they just let it happen! They then turned their backs on us ignoring any request for help. Very very bad!!!
