Airlink - DO NOT USE THEM

Do not book your ticket through these people - they will suck you dry. I have been hospitalised and asked for a refund that I booked through Travelstart on Airlink - here is their response. Service fee & Travelstart products: R224.44 (Non refundable)

Refunds usually take 12-24 weeks to be finalized i.e. for funds to reflect on your credit card or bank account but due to the current situation, please expect significant delays in processing on the airline's side.
