Airlink disappoints

For 4 months now I have been emailing Airlink for feedback regarding my refund. To date I have had no response. It seems like my emails go into a black hole and just sit there.

Surely the common decency is to at least acknowledge and give me some indication that someone is looking at my request. This is not monies that I can afford to walk away from and why should I.

Needless to say, I will never again use this airline for any of my upcoming travels!!!
