Airlink destroyed my aircraft dig carrier

Over the last 10 years I have flown with my dog in aircraft box across the country using variety of airlines. Yesterday I flew with Airlink for first time. Well they broke the dog box from top to bottom. After I complained they sent me a mail saying all damage is my loss and sorry for inconvenience. Well my loss is at least R1500!! I’m just not satisfied with their response at all!!
