At Upington airport. Supposed to be here at 10.20 for flight to O.R. Tambo. Departure closed. Call someone to help. We were here at 10. Said they only open at 11. Asked for assistance for blind person when we booked the flight. Nothing arranged. Rude staff. Very bad service. Really did not think that Airlink personel will be so rude and inconsiderate and uncappable of doing what they get paid for. Please call me on ***.
