AIRLINK CARGO AT OWN RISK

MISSSED DEADLINE & NO FEEDBACK

Due to urgency, I booked 8 boxes from a manufacturere in Durban direct to Ndola on Thursday 27th March in time for a mrathon on the 29th on Saturday.

We where advised no flights available, except one the next day, to arrive 12:30. My client went to collect at 14:00, all paperwork shpwed the items where there but physically, someone removed them off the plane in JHB and did not even bother to advise us so plan B can be made on the day. Only after many phone calls and searching for parcel we decided to reroute to Lusaka on the 5pm flight soo they can fly down to Ndola on the 5am or 10am latest after duties clreaing which was done at 8am.

The Parcel was only loaded at 17:00 on Saturday, way past the event. and now that im asking for a refund as my goods are now useless, its been 3 days with no real feedback and me vitually speaking to myself :-(
