Airlink - Call center pricing 14/06/2022

Airlink's web bookings had a problem today and I could book a one way ticket from Harare to OR Tambo International. On the website I could see tickets for R2994, 3344 & 4074 economy class I phoned in and the cheapest fair offered was R5104 I queried why this was so much more the agent said he could see the online prices but the cheapest he system would give him was R5104 I told him this was not fair practice that the cheapest was R2000 more expensive. He then put me through to customer care that also could not or would not help me further. I am disgusted as I book tickets almost weekly for my family or colleagues. I feel this is ****************. On the positive side if their website doesn't have problems it is a pleasure to use them.
