Airlink baggage claim rejection

Wont support this airline anymore despite flying regularly.Suitcase lock cut and when putting in a baggage claim was rejected due to not having a receipt for the suitcase.Who keeps receipts for everything.Lame excuse because the fact that i have a suitcase should show i had purchased it .Supp**** all the other documents and even had an affidavit done.Will give them a skip and just booked with opposition airline to Zambia.
