Airlink bad service

Made a group booking an cancelled the same day. Operator told me that I will loose R400.00 per ticket. As soon as i cancelled (due to testing positive to Covid) they told me they can only refund me after 4 months. They deducted R5000.00 for cancellation. My second booking was R1300.00 I told the operator that i did not want a refund on this ticket as they will only pay back R130.00, I want to rebook. They cancelled the ticket in any case and refunded me R130.00. You never get hold of them on phone or email
