Airlink are ****mers

I tried purchasing 2 tickets for my daughter and I from Harare to Johannesburg and my purchase was not verified but I have the price of 3 x 2 tickets deducted from my Bank. I have not received my e-tickets as yet but R15k has gone off my account. Airlink, can you tell me what the heck is going on. I'm very disappointed.
