Airlink and Theft

I am utterly disgusted by airlink, I flew to Namibia on Friday at 6:30am, I checked in my luggage with a lady by the name of Sibongile, she asked me if I have any explosives and valuables in the bag, I told her I only have chargers. To my surprise when I got to my lodge, I was disturbed because my bag was struggling to open, when I finally opened it, everything was scattered. I noticed one of my chargers was missing plus few of my snacks that I was going to use when I hike. How can people do that to other people's bags? are they not getting paid to afford snacks and chargers?
