Airlink airline

Require about wheelchair assistance & hoist, refuse to help me unless I give ticket nr. Bought a ticket at Checkers and requested again, completed the forms only to be told "due to safety regulation we can not accomodate passenger over 100kg as our personnel carries the passenger up the stairs"?????? My Mom flew with Airlink to Jhb 3 months ago and she.... Together with 2 other wheelchair passengers were hoisted onto the plane, now all of a sudden they do not have that option???? I have tried several different persons, even drove 100km to PE to sort the problem out only to be met with a very arrogant lady telling me to book with some one that can accomodate over weight people. Needless to say.... I did - thank you Safair!!!! Now that I want to cancel the Airlink ticket, they tell me "sorry the ticket is NON REFUNDABLE!!!!! Now what do I do now.... R1500 in their pockets because of a service they do not offer (eventhough they did 3 months ago???) and yoh have to provide a ticker first befors they can tell you they have a weight limit on wheelchair passengers???????
