Best airline, such professionalism and friendly staff. I took a flight on the 23rd of October 2025 from Port Elizabeth Airport to Cape Town International Airport, when I go to Cape Town I discovered my luggage bag is damaged. I quickly went to their offices to report I was assisted by a gentleman who was so friendly, professional and dedicated he quickly logged my incident and apologized for my damaged suitcase. He said the turn around time for my query to be resolved would take around about 21days. Fast forward on Monday I received a new luggage bag(suitcase) Airlink kept in contact with me up until my query was resolved. Thank you kindly for a great service, indeed they exceeded my expectations 👌🙂
