Airline run ******* my bag was ****** by Airlink staff.

I am stranded at the airport I can't checking and secure my seat to travel because the staff are claim that my bag in some where with their baggage department. When I ask to get my bag so I can check if all my items are there no one is willing to help. I received a Whatsapp call from their staff saying they wanna check in my luggage without me which really rang alarm bells. Their Airport doesn't seem to care & act like they are doing me a favour I called the head office was advise to send an email whilst i need help now because my bag is lost @ Roger Foster is this how you ran your business.
