Air ticket

I tried to buy air ticket online which never worked, called office and got assistance they took my details and bank card but 2 days later no ticket, I tried again online and managed to purchase ticket. Low and behold I had a double deduction on my bank. I emailed airlink and they now tell me 1 to 2 years to refund. Shocking
