Air link ticket sales and resevervations King Shaka airport bad service

Airlink Ticket Sales and Reservations at King Ushaka airport bad bad service. Received bad service on 07 October at 16:45 after I asked why there is no one to assist at the check in counters and I was rudely told that check in opens at 5pm and I must know that. Sales guys there really need to go for a customer service course to know how to deal with customers. Very unprofessional for Airlink to have empty check in counters and not put up a sign or something
