ABANDONED BY AIRLINK

On Friday my wife flew from Johannesburg to Kathu, Seshen Airport with Airlink. The plane failed to land at Seshen and flew on to Upington she requested to leave the flight but was told that they would land at Seshen on the return to Johannesburg, after refuelling, This they failed to do and flew directly to Johannesburg. Where she was initially abandoned. Eventually they agreed to accommodate her overnight in an Airport Hotel but with no indication as to when they would complete their obligation to deliver her to Seshen. The Airlink ticket desk said she could fly on Saturday to Upington but she must pay for the ticket and transport from Upington to Kathu would be for her own cost, not acceptable. The Airlink customer care is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Airlink have simply abandoned her!
