BOOKING REFERENCE: JMGOVV

I could not use the ticket due to Covid restrictions. The consultant gave me a call that I would be permitted to use the ticket at anytime I wish to. I called today and I was told that the ticket has expired and it was only valid for 2 years, that it was my responsibility that I go into their website and check the covid memo. Why would I go into the website when already I've been told that I can use the ticket at anytime. I feel cheated by these ******.
