Poor service

I've been trying to get someone to help me with an order. it's been 2 days now and all I get is the matter has been resolved but I've heard nothing back ... I think this is pathetic. I orders graptizer and it was buy one get on free and I only received one ... I'm very upset that this has taken so long to be resolved
