No longer 30 minutes delivery, more like 2 hours dlivery

I wonder what is happening with your service these days. The first days you would make sure orders were delivered within the 30minutr timeframe. These days we have to wait as long as 2 hours and sometimes the app wont allow you to track the driver. If it dos, it shows that the driver is delivering 3 or 4 more other orders before one can get theirs. Please do something about this, the other time i had ordered breakfast items in the hope the delivery would come soon only for the driver to arrive after 12 midday.
