No Delivefy! No Service! Shocking!

Shocking Service from the driver to the Support!

I am a single mother with 3 kids my son is only 2 years old and sleeping so I placed an order with Airlift Express at 18:30 on the 11 December.

The order said it would arrived at 19:06. At 19:18 I missed a call as another came in. At 19:21 a full second later spoke to driver he said he was outside my house. Told him to press my house number so I can open! Nothing happened!

At 19:23 seconds after speaking to the driver send him my address again to make sure he got the right one. At 19:38 send another message to the driver. I then called the support team to find our where my order is. Was informed that it was returned as I didn't answer????!!!!

The guy who spoke to me try to shift the blame to me even with call records and messages. He told me to re-order so I went back to the App just to be asked again to make a payment! I paid my last money to Airlift Express! Single mother with no financial support caring for my 3 children sometimes going a week with no sleep!

I called Support agai just to be told again that I need to re-order! Said again got no extra money! Just for the so called support to tell me I don't have to worry will get my refund in 3 - 5 days!

Are you JOKING!

What do I do with my 2 year old son for tonight with no milk and no nappies! There is no other money. Support said they will call me back!

Guess what no call back! But it is my fault! Will never use this shocking Service again
