Canceled order & No Refund

So disappointed in Airlift Express I ordered on the 28th using the last money that I had only for them to cancel my order without telling me… now it’s a mission to get a refund. The call center is useless keep on telling me that they are filling up a form how many times do they have to fill up a form. I am highly disappointed and want my refund .
