Bad service

I'm a good customer at Airlift Express but the service i got in the past two weeks was bad. I bought items which i paid R273.60 and 1 item was not delivered due to shortage of stock however i had to get my refund of R142.40 till today I'm still waiting for my refund. They told me it will take 7 days but its more than 7days today.
