Bad experience

This now the second time I'm having a bad experience with them. 2nd time they are at the wrong address. 2nd time their drive screams at me to come out and we're am I when his at the wrong address. So the app says order complete yet I do not have my products. But you can take my money out of my account with out delivering my goods that I paid for. So how do you deliver goods to some one with out them having the order no to take possession of the goods?
