Bad customer service/skellems

Warehouse closed it doors yesterday without notifying customers. I placed an order which was accepted, money was deducted from my account, which isn't pocket chang. Hours later my order was en route as I tracked the driver, then he took my order back to the warehouse without notifying me. I called customer services, spoke to 3 different consultants which all said the same thing, will follow up with warehouse and get back to me which never happened. Everything is totally shut down. I was never refunded nor received my order. I consider this as *****ing!
