Bad customer service / skellems

They closed their warehouse yesterday without letting people know, took my order and my money but I never received my goods. Driver was en route as I could track him. but then took my order back without my knowledge. Their call centre is also closed I was never refunded, this is pure *****ing! I waited whole day and eventually spoke to a consultant took my details but I was never called back with feedback. Everything is shut down and they gone with my money, which isn't pocket change.
