Airlift stole my money for something I paid for in February.

I just got a notification from my banking app saying that a payment was processed late, but mind you this is the amount of an order I placed in February 2022 and I already paid for it then! I want my money back! This is *****ing! After being such a loyal customer and for you to do this now, it's not right.
