AirKings (PTY) Ltd - Poor service, worse communication.

Airkings were tasked with repairing my heatpump in June 2020. After a few attempts, none of which worked, they left to source a new part. The new part was never installed, after payment was made. Various attempts have been made to contact the company since June, and lots of promises have been made, none of which ever materialize (its now November). Use this company only if you have ample free time to chase contractors, lots of patience, and don't paying money for non-delivery. Certainly don't pay ANY money until the job is 100% completed to your satisfaction.
