Airfreight Africa poor service

In short we engaged AirFreight Africa to deliver and fetch two parcels. <br> <br> Their delivery guy arrived and with myself and my PA provided him with specific instructions. <br> <br> The instructions were never carried out the second delivery was made before the initial delivery and <br> the first delivery was never made and in matter fact we have no idea where our parcel is now. <br> <br> Morris form Airfreight Africa told us when we complained that we gave the driver poor instructions. <br> <br> I was at the briefing and we provided and excellent briefing. Very poor service.
