Airflow Dynamics not very dynamic at all!

<p>Anyone considering buying Alliance Air airconditioners should be cautious who they chose to install the systems in Cape Town.</p> <p>We foolishly chose Airflow Dynamics to install 8 units at our property. 3 of these have had problems, which weren't too serious, but we couldn't use 2 rooms over the summer season as they weren't working properly for 4 months.</p> <p>The third unit had to be repaired, very quickly & professionally by Tru-Temp, within 2 days of the call.</p> <p>Airflow Dynamics failed to respond to numerous emails, sms and phone calls. In frustration I turned to the Agent that supplies the units to be told that there was nothing they could do.</p> <p>I ended up paying nearly R4000 for the repair of a mchine that was still under warranty.</p> <p>Think carefully before using such an UNDYNAMIC company!</p>
