Be wary of replacement spares when deciding to by any AIRCRAFT BRAND of Products

About a year ago I bought from a local Automotive Paint Suppliers an Regulator/Water Trap. Up to recently the unit worked fine until this Morning when it suddenly sprung a leak of Air Pressure. I removed the Regulator/Water Trap and present to the Supplier of the Unit. One of the seals of the Regulator developed a tear and I needed a replacement, the supplier phone the Local Agent/Distributors for same and was told that they do not carry any spare parts for these units or for any of the other similar Components/Units. To the unwary Public out there please ensure that you double check with your suppliers of AIRCRAFT PRODUCTS that they can guarantee spare parts for any of equipment Marketed with the Brand Name AIRCRAFT PRODUCTS, let them give it in writing as their words mean nothing at crunch time .
