They are the absolute worst. Do not use them.

I cannot emphasise enough how terrible my experience was with Aircons-Cape Town. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.

Their business practices are ********* and *********. They lure you in with a reasonable quote, only to inflate prices once the work is done. When I questioned the discrepancies between the quote and the final invoice, the owner, Mark, became incredibly aggressive and even made threatening remarks. It was clear that they had no intention of discussing the additional charges with me beforehand.

To make matters worse, the level of workmanship was mediocre at best. After their so-called "service," one of my air conditioners broke down shortly afterward. It had been functioning perfectly fine before they touched it.

But the issues don't stop there. Apart from their appalling workmanship and shady billing practices, Mark's behavior is beyond unacceptable. He has the audacity to accuse customers of ****** and tries to exploit his own business to deflect criticism. This made no sense as I wasn't even aware of Mark's race until he made it an issue, as we had never met in person.

Aircons-Cape Town is a disaster waiting to happen. Don't be fooled by their initial promises. Take it from someone who learned the hard way: steer clear of this company unless you want to be ********** and treated disrespectfully.
