Kyle the technician initially responded promptly, came to service and regas our Alliance aircon, and gave us a bill of R3294 which had to be paid immediately before he would leave the premises. The next day aircon resumed blowing warm air. Circus begins. Dropped calls by Kyle; Monique the receptionist telling us we were not allowed to dial the technician's number directly; refusing to pass on messages or allow us to contact the Manager (Mark) and various no-shows for follow-ups despite giving us times. We eventually had to call in another company that did the same job for a fraction of the cost. Don't use AIRCONSCAPETOWN.
