Company simply does not care.. *********** clients

This company simply does not care about its customers. Client services simply do not exist. I contacted them on the 11th of december 23 to fix a noise that my aircon made also the aircon seems loose. They arrived on the 14th of december. While they where working i had to pick up a worker 5min away from home (because they where 40min late) to arrive with them gone. Saying its fixed. I then get slammed with a R2000 bill. For a regass that i did not ask for as it was regassed the previous year for only R450 now had to pay R1000 for the same regass. How is this even possible??? Furthermore i was charged R500 for a spray? What did you spray? The guys said there was a small piece of plastic that made the noise.. i had to pay the same day.. just to have no change in the noise when i switched it on. Literally NO CHANGE to this day. Ive whatsapped this company,i mailed,i phoned the office, i contacted the repair guy that did the job. NO ONE CONTACTS YOU BACK NO FEEDBACK OR REPLIES.. Clearly this company simply doesnt care!!!
