Aircons-capetown.co.za - Pathetic Service

Repaired two Samsung airconditioning systems at my apartment. After I paid, the tenant reported that the main aircon unit was leaking water onto the floor. I have taken it up with Monique (admin) and Kyle (technician) no less than 13 times politely asking them to attend to the problem. They offered a 6 month guarantee, which is obviously worthless. I tried to escalate to the owner/manager - but apparently they are not allowed to share this detail. Do not use these guys, as you may get the same shockingly poor service.
