AIRCONS-CAPE TOWN endless problems

ACT came to service, regas and program a new universal remote on the 23.11.23. Payment of R2960.00 had to be made immediately, a week later 1 of the aircons was not blowing cold air at all, called ACT to come back took 5days before the technician came back, receptionist doesn't return calls to confirm they coming, I always had to call back. Technician came and found a leak where regas took place, he plugged it and it worked before he left, next day same problem no cold air, it's now the 12 Jan 2024 and they still coming out to fix it and avoid my phone calls, "in a meeting" "technician is held up" I think they did a **** job and now dont' want to come out to fix without receiving payment. The job as specified was not completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it will cause you endless problems and all they want is payment and no customer service is provided.
