Highly unimpressed with lack of service and professionalism

I used this company to service my four home airconditioners. I was initially impressed by the service from the two technicians who actually did the work. However, the aircon above my bed started leaking water after about 15 minutes so I called the guy who I was dealing with, Feroz, who said they would come back to sort it out. After a few calls to check when that would happen, they eventually arrived and checked things. Apparently there was no problem and they left. That night the same thing happened. I called Feroz again and that's when the issues started. He told me they would come to check again. After a few times saying they were coming and didn't arrive I was getting rather annoyed. After being told they would definitely be here on Friday and after waiting the whole day I called again. Feroz answered my call and said they couldn't come but would come next week. I know there was no more money in it for them but I did expect some service. Feroz told me that he never said that they would come and basically insinuated I was a ****. Not good enough!! Please use someone who can give you actual service.
