Worst aircon installation team

Worst experience of my life. We scheduled them to arrive at 4pm and they arrived at 6:30, they then started drilling without protecting my carpets. They didn't have any of the right tools (copper piping, extension cables, plugs, manners) and by 9pm they haven't even come close to finishing the installation of the first unit. We asked them how much longer they will be banging outside as this is not allowed in the complex at this time of night and they rep**** we dont know as we have never installed a unit with 4 electrical cords, they had not even put the brackets in yet. They had to leave as it was raining and there were complains the result is that no aircon units were installed and the external unit of the 18000 BTU has been damaged. <br> Hire this company at your own peril, but trust me, just rather don't!!
