Pathetic After Sales Service

Purchased a heat pump from this supplier, heat pump is still under warranty and is not functioning as it should. Lodged a complaint on the 20th of June, had 3 technicians come out, each have something contradictory to report. Issue remains unresolved without any clear resolution. Communication is absolutely slow. The first technician reported a leak on the heatpump. Aircon hyper sent out a second technician to uninstall the heatpump to sent back to Alliance South Africa. Apparently the second technician reported that the heatpump was performing optimally clearly not). The heatpump did not leave my premises, a third technician was then sent out to assess who then reinstalled the heatpump which now leaks with absolutely no report back.

I have been patient enough as i urged Aircon Hyper to urgently resolve this matter.
