No Customer service

No service at all. I'm a new buyer and don't know anything about how geyser heat pumps work. Add Aircon hyper on WhatsApp and ask a bid questions on how does the heat pump works. Do you need to have your geyser on with the heat pump. my questions was read but no reply at all. very bad customer service. wonder how do they treat customers with a problem or a faulty heat pump?????
