I requested someone from this company to attend to an air conditioning unit that was making a vibrating noise. After explaining that it could be a motor blade as far as I could see and explaining I have a spare out door unit I was sent a quotation for R1332.66 of which I had to pay 50 % deposit. A so called technician comes out, swaps the motor from the standby unit and it seemed to work. The following day after paying the balance the vibration returned but 10 times worse. I called Viljoen to explain the problem so he follows up by sending me a quote for a brand new installation. I called him and his answer is the technician he sent out is not a repair technician but only for installations. I rep**** that this is not what I requested and I need someone capable of looking at the unit and advising what my best options are. Then this twit says he does not like my attitude and a full refund would be given. After sending my banking details I see a credit note only for only R 438.90. As far as The Consumer Protection Act is concerned this company should be avoided as they are far from what they claim to be.
