No item and no refund from www.aircon-direct.co.za

It seems there are two Aircon Direct listings so just in case reposting review. Ordered dehumidifier from www.aircon-direct.co.za on 05/06/2004, for online store communication was abysmal and after a week and many ignored calls they confirmed that there is no stock. After requesting refund they went dead silent on WhatsApp, emails, calls (my main line of comms was Chantelle Mans). Eventually I got email to provide banking details and that was it. Since then no response and no money on my account.
