14th March I made online purchase.. till today no airconditioners received. 2x 12k btu airons paid. Amount of R10398.waited 2 months nothing happened. After multiple WhatsApp message,email and direct calls. Refund process. It's another 2months. People avoid me. And no refund????. It's ******** offense.
