Be careful when doing business with Jacques from Aircon-Direct

Hi All, Please be careful when doing business with Jacques from Aircon-Direct, I paid them money over in full for 2 aircons on the 27 November 2023, until today, I have not received the aircons, there has been numerous excuses from his side, now he doesn't reply anymore and won't pay back the refund or even just drop off the aircons,
