AIRCON-DIRECT NIGHTMARE AFTER SUPPORT

Aircon-Direct (***) installed 2 aircon systems for me. the 24000BTU was installed during winter so there was no use for it at the time. 2 months later, it didn't blow out cold air. I have made multiple calls and they have refused to prioritise my warranty claim. There is no address to locate them and they have stopped responding to my calls — absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. Rather spend R500 more and receive a much better response from Sunrose or any other supplier of aircon units.
